I've been involved with Abbotts Mill, near Milford, DE since 2000 and I have researched the complete history of the 220+ year mill. I belong to SPOOM, the Society for the Preservation Of Old Mills, and currently serve on the board of the Mid-Atlantic chapter. I love history and have enjoyed researching the history of the dozens and dozens of other old mills in Delaware.
